Hi, I worked at Subway for a few years. They've told me many of their secrets and I don't like what I heard. First of all they make their buns from the same material that's in yoga mats to keep it soft, also their buns imported from North Korea I mean who wants something from North Korea. I went to Subway for the first time and it literally threw up. They use too much sauce and they just throw on toppings. This was the worst sandwich restaurant ever!

Cookies were stale. Not careful when putting sauces on which resulted in excessive sauce.
